A request for a free audit or Mystery Shop does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide paid services. Scope, pricing and deliverables for paid work are established separately.

To the extent permitted by law, South Coast Growth is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website.
Services and minimum commitment
Paid services are scoped and priced in a separate written proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, managed services carry a two-month minimum commitment, followed by the renewal terms stated in the agreement.
